4th of July / 4 de Julio

For the 4th of July, the family met at tia Tre-tre's house(better know as aunt Tracey).

Something that we did not know was that she had so much cool stuff for the kids. One moment they were playint with toys, the next they were playing with jewelry and then they were showing up with all kinds of hats....

Liam's Baptims

What a special day for Liam and all his extended family!

This is our nephew, who was baptized during the Kautzmann visit to Texas. The ceremony that uncle Duffy did was so meaningful and enjoyable. This is the beginning of a wonderful life!

Blueberry picking...

When we got the call to join Amy, James and the kids to go Blueberry picking, we did not hesitate to say YES!! We knew this would be fun.. And it was, besides being HOT, it was so nice to see Andrew picking blueberries and spending time with his Godparents. This was our first time doing this and I hope it's not our last!!

Father's day / Dia del padre

As you can tell, we are really behind in our updates!!!

But we are cathing up little by little.... This is one of the udpates I can't miss to post.

For father's day we decided to do brunch at Rio Mambo's. This was our way of celebrating Andy and Chuck (who are better known as Daddy and E-Pa). The food was really good and the company was even better!!!

Lets cool down!!

With this heat, we got to spend some time by the pool.

My sister told me how much the girls loved swimming and what best way to cool down during this summer heat!!!

Stockyards

For the first time (for all my family), we visited the Ft. Worth Stockyards. Quite an experience! I can tell you that we all had a great time...

A little surprise / Una pequena sorpresa

Sometimes its really, really hard to keep secrets. But they are worth it. When we found out the dates that my parents were coming to visit, my sister Adel and I started talking about the posibility of her and her family visiting as well and surprising my mom.. Well, she was able to make it with my nices and I wish I could tell you the exciment in my house when my parents saw them.. This will be something they will not forget, specially my mom.

The day they arrived we made plans for dinner at the Cheesecake factory..
