Three great years!!!

Speaking of how fast time goes by, Andy and I just celebrated our Three year anniversary this week!!!

A two year old's salute...

On Memorial day weekend, we were able to get caught up with some of our gardening and we had bought some strawberry plants. Andrew always wants to help out but noticed our flag in front of the house. Since he is only two, he was trying to reach out for it... We had to tell him that the flag is not a toy and Andy told him: "Andrew, you can not play with our flag but do you want to learn how to salute?" And this is how he stood in front of it and did his 2 year old salute..

Andrew turns Two...

It's amazing how fast time flies!! We celebrated Andrew's 2nd Birthday two weeks ago. Our plans were to celebrate at the neighborhood park, but mother nature sent us rain on that day and we ended up moving it to the house. Andrew had such a fun time that you mention the word Party, his eyes lighten up and will start singign: Happy birthday to Andrew....

May 18th...

Since his actual Birthday fell on a Monday, I took the afternoon off and visited him at school. Brought him and his classmates a little snack, which they loved!! Then we spent the afternoon together out and about..

Our little painter..

Every day when we pick-up Andrew from school, he shows us to the wall that holds the paintings they did for the day. His teacher tells us how much he likes painting and since monther day was approaching, we decided to let Andrew do a little painting for his Abuelita and his Grandmother.

This year's Crawfish Boil..

We were looking forward to this year's Annual Crawfish boil and to our surprise we had a little bit of rain... But, that did not stop the boil.

Hanging out with Daddy..

We've have missed Andy these last couple of weeks. He has been traveling and Andrew and I are so excited we get to have him in town with us. As you can tell, Andrew wants to do everything with his Daddy!

Did someone say 40?

Yes... and she is having a blast...

Our friend Silvia turned 40 and and had a big celebration for it. I was able to make it for a few hours and when you are with her, it's nothing but fun..
