Three weeks old!!

Looking for a tiny pumpkin

We had been talking about going to a pumpkin patch and Andrew was on a mission to get a Pumpkin, but he did not want just any pumpkin he wanted a Tiny one!! So he came home with two small pumpkins, one for him and one for Joseph.

First weeks....

It's amazing how fast he rows and changes.

Big Fire Truck

Before Joseph was born, we asked Andrew if he would like his baby brother to bring him something when he came home. Andrew's response was: "Yes, a Fire truck, a big one...."

And on the day Joseph came to home from the hospital this is what he brought him.

As you can see, he was excited or should I say, Happy!!!

Mommy's Belly...

Andrew was so sweet during my pregnancy. He would come and hug my belly and talk to his little brother before he met him. One of my his favorite saying was: "Baby come home..... don't foget my fire truck, a big one!"

Surprise Baby shower

What a surprise.. Here I am heading to a meeting and this is what I walked into..

I wish you would of seen my face.. I was definitely susprised, my friends at work are always amazing and are thinking of us. It was so nice to spend time with my friends and co-workers celebrating our baby who will soon be joining us.

Andrew and Mary at Toys-R-Us..

We were in Hurst and met up with David, Lauren and Mary for dinner and afterwards, we headed to Toys-R-Us to find a gift for a B-day party we needed to go the next day. As soon as we saw this we knew we were going to have a hard time getting Andrew out of there..

A day for Andrew and Mom...

I took a Friday off to be able to get a few things ready and to have some extra time with Andrew... We started the day by getting Andy's news paper, but since he was out of town, Andrew decided to read the news for him.. We then went out to run some errands. Afterwards we headed to my work, visited friends and then we went out to lunch with them.. Andrew was so good and you could tell how much fun he was having. After lunch we headed home and right away he was out!!!

Our garden today

This is something I have not been keeping track of as much as I should have, but we have been able to enjoy tomatoes, radishes, cilantro, bell peppers, jalapenos, onions and cucumbers from our garden. Andy has done great and we are making plans for our garden next year!

With Adam...

Andrew really enjoys spending time with his friend Adam. They both love the water so meeting to hang out by the pool, is lots of fun for them and us!

It's rare for Andrew to stay outside the water, but he fell and we decided it was time for a break. Not long after, he was back in the water!

I say a little bit of both....... Andrew enjoys playing with brushes and doing his own thing, so we let him.. I decided that with his new room, it would be nice to have some of his own art on the walls.. It started, nice and clean with a brush...

then he thought it would be nice to try it with his hands...

....but ended like this...

And this weekend we get to hang them up and remind him of this as he gets older!!!

Birthday Parties / Fiestas de Cumpleanos

Or as Andrew would say.... "Birthday, party, cake??" A friend told me that Birthday parties would be so much fun when Andrew turned two, I must say, she was right!!!! Andrew loves parties, or should I say, he loves the Pinatas and the Cake!!!
