Company's Christmas party

When we got the date for the Marketting & Gov't Sales Christmas party, we knew we had to make it. This was so much fun for the family and the weather turned out to be good. A little wind but other than that, it was lots fun!!

Down memory lane...

It's been 7 years since I last saw my uniforms and since my contract expired with the Marines. But during my parents visit, they brought some things I had asked for.. Andy and llittle Andrew helped me look through some bags and the uniforms. It did not take long before Andrew started looking and playing with my hats(covers I mean), boots and uniforms...

Christmas tree..

Every year keeps getting better. Andrew is able to participate in everything we do and we are now able to decorate our Christmas tree as a family!

Cowboy boots and hats

During my parents visit, we had to go shopping at one of my Dad's favorite stores to look for new cowboy boots and new hats... I think Andrew has a new favorite store as well!

What are they up to?

After dinner we normally take Andrew upstairs, we play, watch his shows, etc.. Well, one night, Andy and Andrew went upstairs and I could hear Andrew laughing so hard. I had to go see what they were up to.

You are right, and we celebrated it by going to one of Andy's favorite restaurants: JR's!
As you can see, we did have a wonderful time!
For lunch, we joined Carmen, Ian, Lupita and Bree. Andy and Ian's Birthday are only a few days apart but we got to meet and celebrate their Birthdays with a little lunch... Here are some pictures.

Our house blessing

It's been a very busy month, but our highlight so far has been the blessing of our home.
Uncle Duffy (better know as Monsignor) drove about an hour and a half to be with us this special day and to do us the honor of blessing our home.
Our family joined us and we prepared a small dinner to celebrate this event. Got to tell you, on the manu was a Potato and Leak soup that Andy prepared and it was a total hit.

With uncle Duffy!
Thank you for doing this for us... See you soon!

Oktoberfest

Yes, it's Oktoberfest! This what Southlake hosted a week ago. We stopped by with our friends Kelli and Camryn. As usual, Andrew had a really fun time with Miss Camryn but I think we had a lot more fun watching them Dance!
Señor Andrew and Miss Camryn
Let the fun begin..... Andrew can be shy at times, but when he heard the band playing, he would not stop dancing or clapping... Can you guess where he gets his dancing moves?

Little Bree's Birthday!

About a week ago, Andrew got to visit her little friend Bree as she celebrated her 1st Birthday. What a milestone for her.

When I moved to California, she moved overseas and we had made more than one attept to meet.... And finally we met again. Melissa and her Husband Haitham are in the States for about a month and they came to visit. It's been great becuase I've been wanting her to meet baby Andrew and Andy and I finally got to meet Haitham as well...
